After consulting clients for more than twenty years, Hoy Grimm has developed a keen sense of what it takes for clients to achieve financial independence. More importantly, Hoy has seen first hand the mistakes that previous generations have made and helps clients of LeConte Wealth Management avoid them. Through his public speaking engagements, newspaper articles and community presence, Hoy has built a reputation as a trusted voice of reason. Hoy uses his experience at national brokerage firms and regional bank bond departments to focus on selecting and monitoring individual stock and bond opportunities for the firm’s clients. Hoy provides up to date commentary on the current events that are shaping the financial markets. This perspective along with the risk analysis efforts of Kevin Painter provide LeConte Wealth Management clients with the assurance that our entire firm works to help them pursue their financial goals. Hoy attended Tennessee Technological University, and began his financial career in the bond division of First Tennessee Bank in 1986. After seven years at the bank, he joined PaineWebber as a financial consultant and spent ten years building his business and his knowledge of the financial markets. Prior to forming LeConte Wealth Management, he worked for five years as a Private Financial Advisor for SunTrust Investment Services, four of which he partnered with Mr. Painter and current LWM Sales Associate, Donna Bowman, to advise high net worth clients and prospects of the organization throughout the region. He is also an Investment Adviser Representative of Commonwealth Financial Network. He holds the Series 7 and Series 66 registrations through Commonwealth Financial Network and his insurance licenses for Life and Health. He coaches middle school and competitive club soccer teams, and is involved with United Way and Boys and Girls Clubs. Hoy lives in Maryville with his wife of 20 years, Lisa and their two children. |
